Salary: Starting at £12.00 per hour during the 3-month probation period, rising to £13.00 per hour after probation (annual salary: £26,208 - £28,392)

Responsibilities:
- Respond to calls from ward staff or site security personnel to address patients with challenging behaviours.
- Dynamically assess situations and take appropriate actions, considering all relevant factors.
- Treat patients with dignity, respect, and a person-centered approach.
- Ensure patient safety and well-being.
- Assist the medical team during emergencies.
- Maintain timely, factual records during shifts.
- Participate in regular training as directed by the management team.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal)
- Experience with challenging behaviour (desired but not essential)
- Adaptability to team or lone working
- Effective verbal and written communication
- Ability to self-manage workload based on service user requirements
- Competency with modern smartphones
- Full UK driving license (essential for full-time employment)
Essential Requirements:
- Full & Clean UK drivers license
- Shift work (generally 12 hours, days and nights)
- Availability to work Monday to Sunday
