An interim Financial Analyst is required to provide insightful financial analysis of our operational cost base to support and drive commercial decision making.
You will be the trusted partner for our Marketing, People and Operations teams.

Description
- Reviewing commercial performance and providing informed insights for improvement.
- Building and maintaining strong partnerships with the senior team and operations of the organisation.
- Supporting the business by providing accurate and informed financial modelling and analysis
- Reviewing performance and providing informed insights for improvement
- Delivering monthly and quarterly analysis, and presenting where required at relevant meetings to the senior stakeholders
- Identifying areas that are not performing to expectation, and providing recommendations for improvement
- providing financial insight and support such as basic awareness P&L management, inductions into finance responsibilities, understanding the balance sheet etc.
- Working alongside and collaboratively with the other Commercial Managers
Profile
A successful Interim Finance Analyst should have:
- Qualified accountant with one of the following qualifications (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
- Intermediate-level Excel skills at a minimum, in particular being able to create appropriate financial models and communicate effectively
