**What You'll Do:
- Customer Relationship: Serve as the primary contact for your customers, anticipating their needs and providing tailored solutions. Your ability to connect with people will help you build deep, lasting relationships.
- Financial Management: Ensure accurate customer billing and coordinate with Sales and Accounting for timely payments. You'll manage shipping costs and consolidate key financial information.
- Order Management: Oversee and streamline order processes, from prepress projects to production estimates, ensuring everything aligns with our client's high standards.
- Account Management: Analyze customer data, identify trends, and communicate insights to drive growth and customer satisfaction.
- Complaint Resolution: Collaborate with the Quality Department to resolve customer complaints swiftly, ensuring complete resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Continuous Improvement: Seek out opportunities to enhance processes and systems, contributing to our client's culture of continuous improvement.
- Teamwork: Work closely with various departments, supporting the goals and objectives of the entire organization.
- Compliance: Uphold our client's commitment to quality, safety, and process compliance in every aspect of your work.

**Is This You?
- At least 3 years of Customer Service experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills.
- Effective communicator with the ability to connect with people at all levels.
- A positive, team-oriented attitude, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
