What you'll do:
As a Data Quality Manager, you will be at the forefront of our client's mission to ensure top-notch data quality and management. You will deliver a robust governance framework, aligning and prioritising requirements to strategic projects. Your role will involve creating a clear process for measuring and improving data quality, as well as driving this agenda throughout the company. You'll collaborate with key partners to optimise processes, support business owners in rectifying issues, and establish accountable owners across key domains. Your commitment to enforcing effective policies will be crucial in this role.
- Deliver a data governance framework that ensures data accountability and responsibility in the business with a support framework from IT/BI.
- Align and prioritise data quality requirements to strategic projects ensuring data quality is on the critical path for project delivery.
- Create a data quality management process that clearly shows data quality measurement through a system of KPIs and programmes of work that demonstrate data quality improvements.
- Drive the data quality agenda through education, becoming the evangelist for data quality improvement across the company.
- Work with key partners to develop expert systems to optimise data quality processes.
- Support the business data owners in rectifying data quality issues with a hands-on approach.
- Agree on accountable data owners across key data domains who will be responsible for delivering required data quality improvements.
- Create and enforce policies for effective data management.
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the Data Quality Manager role will bring a strong business focus, with the ability to contribute to the overall quality of business development. You will have broad experience managing data and processes with customer engagement technologies, including enterprise-level CRM systems. Your technical literacy will be evident in your understanding of database and schema design, and your proficiency in SQL and Python or R. Your excellent communication and influencing skills will be key in this role, along with your experience in creating processes using various tools. Experience training staff and knowledge of GDPR are also essential.

Salary
The role is offering a competitive salary of up to £55,000 in addition to an array of benefits that include a company wide bonus, strong pension contribution and the opportunity for hybrid working (1-2 days in office per week).
