Description

  • Manage the accounting and finance department, ensuring all day-to-day financial operations are carried out efficiently and effectively.
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop a small finance team to ensure optimal performance.
  • Lead budget planning and financial forecasting activities.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Develop and implement strategic financial plans to support company growth.
  • Produce and present monthly financial reports to stakeholders and provide insightful analysis.
  • Manage relationships with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
  • Develop and improve internal processes to better use software and systems.
  • Establish and maintain company financial policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to the overall strategic direction of the company.
  • Run a monthly payroll accurately and efficiently.

Profile

A successful Finance Manager should have:

  • A strong background in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
  • Prior experience in a similar role, preferred.
  • Proven experience in a leadership / management role, preferred.
  • Excellent knowledge of financial regulations and standards.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly.
  • Excellent IT skills with proficiency in accounting software.
