Dove & Hawk are working alongside a multi-branch independent, who are looking for an Lettings Negotiator to join their team in West London!
Salary: Basic £21,000, OTE £45,000+
Hours: Monday - Thursday 8.45am-6pm & Friday 8.45-5pm / 1 in 3 Saturdays
If you are a hungry and proactive Lettings Negotiator who is looking for new challenge and great earning potential, and can hit the ground the running, then this role is for you.
Duties
- Register applicants, building rapport and learning their key requirements.
- To arrange, attend and conduct property viewings.
- Managing & maintaining strong relationships with Landlords and prospect tenants.
- Proactive networking and canvassing activity to generate new business.
- The ability to work well as part of a growing team.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills.
- Negotiation skills.
- Have a passion for property.
- A well-presented individual
- An eagerness to learn and develop skills.
- Ability to build strong rapport with clients and prospect tenants.
- A UK driver's license
