Our client, a leading organisation, is seeking a meticulous and diligent Accounts Assistant. This role is ideal for an individual who thrives in a dynamic environment, has a passion for numbers, and possesses a keen eye for detail
What you'll do:
- Update daily funding rates and download daily bank receipts
- Manage daily pay-outs and address queries relating to purchase ledger invoices
- Establish new suppliers and bank details for customers
- Provide assistance to the Accounting Services Manager
- Cover for the daily tasks of the accounts team
- Cooperate closely with the team and maintain all processes related to accounts payable
