Preferred Requirements:

  • Proven experience in administering systems in a dynamic IT environment.
  • Hands-on expertise with network security protocols and best practices.
  • Skilled in troubleshooting and providing IT support to users with varying levels of technical understanding.
  • Experience with cloud-based solutions and digital transformation projects.
  • Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Network+ or Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA).
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuously improving IT skills and knowledge..
