Job Title: Recruitment Branch Manager

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 P/A basic + individual commission + team commission
Are you an experienced recruiter with strong leadership skills, ready to take the next step in your career? We're looking for a dynamic Branch Manager to lead our clients Epsom office, specialising in recruitment for commercial and office professionals across the surrounding area.

The Role
As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and growth of the branch, including:
- Leading, mentoring, and developing a small team of recruitment consultants
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying business development opportunities
- Overseeing the full recruitment cycle, ensuring delivery of high-quality candidates
- Driving the branch's performance, hitting sales targets, and contributing to overall company growth
- Managing daily branch operations, reporting, and ensuring compliance with company policies
- Managing a warm desk with key accounts from day one, providing immediate opportunities to make an impact
What We're Looking For
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within the commercial / office professionals sector
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- A track record of business development and building successful client relationships
- Excellent communication and people skills
- A results-driven attitude with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets
- Knowledge of the local market in Epsom and surrounding areas is highly desirable
