Our client, a leading global organisation who are committed to their growth and development is looking for an experienced and strategic HR Business Partner to join them based out of the Basingstoke office.

This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your knowledge and insights to help to promote and deliver their HR strategies to support the business's overall objectives.

For this HR Business Partner position, you will play a crucial role as operating as the HR and Payroll expert, providing talent management quality solutions and development and be a trusted coach and advisor to their leaders.

This role is based in Basingstoke and involve traveling to their sites across the UK and Ireland. The company offer a completive salary, car allowance and an array of fantastic benefits you would expect from an international company.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a strategic HR business partner to commercial leaders, aiding in the development and execution of key business and strategies
  • Offer leadership, guidance and advice on talent management
  • Set operational strategies, including payroll, administration and recruitment
  • Oversee the monthly outsourced payroll, dealing with queries
  • Develop and implement HR plans, processes and programs to align with business objectives
  • Support and advise leaders on talent management and development and succession planning
  • Collaborate with other HR Business Partners to share best practices and address critical needs
  • Provide coaching and guidance to leaders on development such as analysis, strategy, structure and key processes
  • Advise and support on ways to improve organisational performance and employee engagement
  • Drive and support cultural transformation to foster a diverse and inclusive environment

Key Competencies:

  • Strong skills and experience in business partnering
  • Extensive experience in talent management, leadership development, performance management and development
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of employment law, HR best practices, policies and procedures
  • Advanced knowledge of payroll and related processes, ADP would be an advantage
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all company levels
  • Ability to analyse HR metrics to develop goals and drive key business strategies and objectives
