If so, then look no further than this Technical Manager role. This is a newly created role, where the person in post will drive NPD and product improvement across the business internally and externally.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead formulation development, field trials, and efficacy testing for new products.
- Identify new trends, technologies, and ingredients to drive innovation.
- Provide support to customers, distributors, and internal teams on product usage and troubleshooting.
- Develop eco-friendly products and lead efforts in resistance management strategies.
- Work with sales, marketing, and regulatory teams to align technical projects with market and business goals.
- Mentor and lead technical staff, fostering innovation and growth.
Who are they looking for?
Maybe you have supervisory and/or line management experience or you are ready to take that step-up? Ideally you will have:
- BSc Biology, Chemistry or Similar
- Experience working with Agrochemicals and/or pesticides/insecticides
- Strong leadership skills
- Previous experience working with formulations
