We are delighted to be working with this Cambridge based law firm. They are recruiting for an Employment Solicitor with 1 years plus PQE on a permanent full-time basis.
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000
Typical duties include:
- Covering contentious and non-contentious matters
- Working within the Employment legal team
- Managing employment tribunal cases
- Giving advice on settlement agreements and grievance matters
- Manage all aspects of the client relationship, from engagement to billing and chasing payment
- Developing Litigation strategies
- Providing excellent customer care
- Keeping clients updated
- Managing different projects and files
Candidate specification:
- 1 years plus PQE solicitor
- Employment experience within a legal firm
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Experience of managing clients cases from start to finish
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members
- Going above and beyond for clients
