I am working with a leading Insurance Law Firm, which forms part of a wider Insurance business that is looking for an ambitious Solicitor to join their Defendant Motor Claims Team.
The role will be a focal point of the Motor Claims function, acting as a technical referral point for litigation queries and working on a high volume caseload of motor & EL/PL Casualty Claims. You will join a highly successful and high performing team of 10, reporting to the Litigation Manager.
My client is looking for a U.K. qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with Litigation experience, ideally within the Motor and EL/PL sector. You will ideally have worked on Defence Claims Handling within an Insurance or Legal environment and be adept at managing a high volume of cases and dealing with high value claims into the millions.
This position is based from the firm's Tamworth office, with a hybrid working model in place. This is 3 days a week in the office, two days at home.
