Employment Solicitor or CILEX – 1-3years + PQE

ABOUT YOU:
You will have at least 1 years+ PQE, with good technical skills and knowledge. You will be resilient, confident and a skilled communicator with exceptional client handling expertise If you also have experience within the education sector, this will be desirable.
THE ROLE:
You will be covering a mix contentious and non-contentious work, offering immediate exposure to high quality work and high profile clients, advising on all aspects of employment law, covering both employer and employee matters.
Day to Day duties will encompass: Employment Tribunal litigation, providing employment and HR advice, Drafting contracts, policies, and other employment related documentation, Advising on disciplinary and grievance matters, and conducting investigations, Conducting negotiations and drafting settlement agreements and advising individuals/senior executives. You will also carry out research and actively keep up to date with changes in employment law.

Hours
: 9am – 5:15pm (1hr 15mins lunch) – 35 hour week
