Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits promptly and professionally.
- Assist customers with product information, order placement, issue resolution, and general inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and provide feedback to management.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an office-based customer service role is essential.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering solutions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software.
- Availability to work full time, Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
