Seeking a detail-oriented and organized Operations Administrator to support sales and finance functions, ensuring seamless daily operations. This role requires a proactive professional dedicated to accuracy and efficient task management. Reporting to the Sales Operations Manager, the position collaborates with various teams to maintain streamlined workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process daily invoices for timely, accurate billing.
  • Partner with the finance team to address overdue invoices, ensuring prompt follow-ups.
  • Assist with vendor documentation, tax inquiries, and compliance checks as directed.
  • Contribute to diverse operational projects, adapting to new responsibilities as needed.
  • Address customer inquiries on behalf of the sales team, upholding high standards of service.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in administrative or operations support (experience in sales support is advantageous).
  • Strong organizational skills and an ability to manage multiple responsibilities with precision.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-department collaboration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is a plus).
