An fantastic company is seeking a Deputy Home Manager for a large elderly nursing home in Dartford, Kent. This will be a fully supernumerary role and the staffing within the home is excellent. The successful applicant would be required to work the occasional weekend.
Key Responsibilities:
The Deputy Home Manager will be responsible for ensuring a high level of care is provided to residents, meeting all statutory and regulatory requirements and assisting with leading the team, providing leadership and knowledge to ensure the highest standards are achieved in all areas of the home.
Commissioning Home Manager Requirements:
- Applicants must be RGN qualified with an active pin
- The company are looking for an ambitious character with a great attitude. Looking to one day take on a Home Manager position!
- The ideal candidate will have experience within larger nursing homes
- A ‘can do' attitude with the willingness to help the team necessary
Benefits:
- Salary of £50,000 - £60,000 depending on experience
