SEN Teaching Assistant Needed - in a Witney Primary School
We're looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support a non-verbal Year 1 student with Autism and global developmental needs at a local Witney primary school. This role is perfect for someone with a solid understanding of these SEN requirements, a patient demeanor, and a passion for education.
Role Details: SEN Teaching Assistant
- Location: Witney, OX28
- Position: Full-Time, Monday - Friday (08:30am - 3:30pm)
- Contract: Temp to Permanent
- Start Date: September 2024 (ASAP)
- Pay: £83.50 - £90 per day
About the Student: A Year 1 Witney boy with a lovely temperament and a fun personality who needs support to thrive in his KS1 education.
Requirements:
- Experience supporting SEN needs, including ASD, ADD, ADHD, and non-verbal communication
- Safeguarding training
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain)
- Note: We cannot offer visa sponsorship.
