The company is seeking an experienced Sales or Lettings Negotiator to join their dynamic team at their Thirsk office.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in the estate agency industry, with a strong background in lettings and a proven ability to build and nurture client relationships.
This role offers a great opportunity for the right individual to contribute to the success of a busy sales and lettings branch. A proven track record in securing new business and meeting targets is essential.
Duties include:
- Negotiating and closing sales or rental agreements
- Providing excellent customer service and building strong client relationships
- Generating leads through various channels, such as online platforms and referrals
- Assisting clients in finding suitable properties based on their needs and preferences
- Conducting market research to stay updated on property trends and prices
- Coordinating property inspections and appraisals
- Managing works/maintenance issues
- Regularly track figures and strive to exceed KPIs
The position requires 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday, with one Saturday in three, from 9 am to 2 pm.
