Who you are:
- Possesses previous experience working as a Receptionist/Front of House personnel
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with ease and confidence
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Demonstrates the ability to work independently and proactively
- Strong Microsoft Office knowledge
What you will do:
- Meet and greet guests/signing all guests in
- Liaising with building management and delivery personnel
- Answering telephone calls in a highly professional manner
- Working alongside catering team
- Ensuring office space is tidy and presentable
- Booking taxis/couriers
