The school I am recruiting for are based in Four Oaks and are looking for an experienced specialist support assistant to work 1-1 with a child with undiagnosed ASD. This particular child needs a teaching assistant with a caring and approachable nature, who will take the time to build a bond with the child and assist with their educational development. This role is 5 mornings a week with a September start.

Candidates will be required to have the following:
- NVQ Level 3
- A minimum of 1 years' experience as a Teaching Assistant within a primary setting
- Good oral, written and numeracy skills
- The ability to enthuse and inspire children
- A commitment to improving outcomes for all children
- The ability to work as part of a team
- Willingness to go that extra mile
