Our client, a top-tier law firm, is seeking a Personal Assistant to support a Senior Associate within their Road Traffic Accident (RTA) department. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced legal secretary with a background in personal injury law to join a dynamic team. What you'll do:
- Prepare correspondence and documents through audio typing and word processing
- Administer filing including daily filing, opening, closing, storage and retrieval of client files
- Arrange appointments, meetings and manage fee earner diaries
- Provide support to other secretaries and the administration team as required
- Attend clients both in person and on the telephone providing excellent levels of client care
- Undertake specific training when required and have a responsibility towards self-development
What you bring:
- Demonstrable legal secretarial experience (4-5 years+)
- Experience working in a Personal Injury law firm or civil litigation firm
- Excellent command of English spelling, punctuation and grammar
- Proficient in Microsoft Office packages
- Excellent customer service skills with professional telephone manner
- Experience working in fast-paced environment
Benefits:
- Flexible hours: 8:30am to 5:30am Monday-Thursday and 8:30am to 5pm Friday but happy to consider alternative arrangements and reduced hours, please tell upon application what you are looking for.
- 3/2 alternate remote working rota, upon successful completion of probationary period.
