Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Sales Process: Oversee the entire sales progression process from offer acceptance to completion, ensuring smooth and timely transactions.
- Main Point of Contact: Serve as the primary liaison between buyers, sellers, solicitors, and other parties involved in the transaction.
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the sales process, keeping all parties informed and updated.
