Avencia are currently partnered with a global insurer who are looking for a Senior Claims Adjuster to join their Energy team in London. You will handle a mix of Energy Claims including Upstream, Downstream, Renewables and Terrorism.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a portfolio of high-value and complex energy claims.
- Drive customer-focused claims management, ensuring timely and transparent communication.
- Collaborate with underwriting teams to enhance claims processes and service delivery.
- Produce quality reports and offer innovative solutions to improve team performance.
- Develop strong relationships with brokers, clients, and internal teams.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in Energy and Renewables claims preferred.
- Ability to handle complex coverage issues and negotiate calmly.
- Strong analytical skills to improve claims performance.
- ACII accreditation or working towards it.
