Rise Recruitment Solutions is looking for a highly motivated and driven Business Development Manager to join a leading Project Management company based in Bedfordshire that specialises in delivering top-notch services to a diverse clientele across the UK. We are particularly keen to speak with experienced Business Development Managers who excel at driving growth through the acquisition of new contracts.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to secure contracts for our project management services.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking meetings to promote our services.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and business development efforts.
Person Specification:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is desirable.
- Proven experience in business development and sales, preferably within the project management industry.
- Proficient in using LinkedIn and other platforms to seek new opportunities and network with business leaders and decision-makers.
- Strong understanding of project management principles and services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to travel as needed.
