Rise Recruitment Solutions is looking for a highly motivated and driven Business Development Manager to join a leading Project Management company based in Bedfordshire that specialises in delivering top-notch services to a diverse clientele across the UK. We are particularly keen to speak with experienced Business Development Managers who excel at driving growth through the acquisition of new contracts.

Along with a salary of up to £45,000 per annum (DOE) you will receive a competitive commission structure, company pension, flexible working and many more benefits. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment within an extremely prestigious Project Management company.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to secure contracts for our project management services.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contract terms and conditions to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking meetings to promote our services.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and business development efforts.

Person Specification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is desirable.
  • Proven experience in business development and sales, preferably within the project management industry.
  • Proficient in using LinkedIn and other platforms to seek new opportunities and network with business leaders and decision-makers.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
