Location: London - Westminster
Salary: £35,000 - £38,000 (Depending on experience)
Summary:
At Bis Henderson, we are looking for a Trading Co-Ordinator to join a leading Trading company. The role focuses on managing sales contracts, including generating sales orders and purchase orders, as well as maintaining the customer database and shipping summary. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role dealing with both imports and exports, with a knowledge of the relevant legislations surround this. They will be confidently handling shipping documentation, including incoterms, able to take collaborative approach to their work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage contracts on SAP, including generating sales and purchase orders.
- Maintain the customer database and shipments summary, expediting contracts through shipment where necessary
- Liaise with other departments and regional offices to ensure they are clear regarding what is required of them o achieve company goals.
- Actively engage in the risk analysis and selection of key accounts
- Share information and data to agree a common strategy for products within the department
Experience:
- Experience in a similar role dealing with imports and exports
- Knowledge of relevant shipping documentation, including incoterms.
- Collaborative approach to your work, able to liaise with other departments and regional offices to achieve a shared goal.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation regarding imports and exports
- Comfortable maintaining large databases and analysing key data points
