We are recruiting for a Property Administrator for our Solihull based client on a permanent basis. Reporting to the Head of UK Investment, the property administrator will provide high-quality, reliable, and confidential administrative support to the UK Investment team. You will be responsible for all administrative tasks associated with owning and managing a substantial UK based property portfolio, including all aspects of property insurance, data input, collating board and bank reports and ongoing occupier liaison.

As a Property Administrator, you will need to have/be:

  • Experience in a data input / administration role, with a good aptitude for numbers
  • Proficient in Microsoft, with good Excel skills
  • Good standard of education. GCSE passes in core subjects (English & Maths)
  • Ideally you will have some experience in working within UK commercial property
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • A proactive, confident, and positive approach
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal as you'll be liaising with multiple stakeholders
  • The ability to use your own initiative but also know when matters need to be referred
  • Time management skills in a fast-paced, busy environment
  • A team player with the ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Willingness to learn and develop
  • Ability to work across teams and liaise with different businesses

  • Salary: £32, 000 - £33, 000
  • Working Hours: Full Time, Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm
  • Location: Solihull
  • Duration: Permanent

Role of Property Administrator:

Insurance

  • Being the main point of contact for any insurance matters
  • Ensuring all assets have the correct level of insurance cover
  • Raising invoices for annual premiums
  • Dealing with any occupiers queries and claims
  • Working with the chosen broker partner to ensure information on each asset is correct
  • Arranging insurance inspections

Data Input

  • Ensuring the property database is accurate and up to date
  • Inputting new leases / tenancies
  • Making changes to rents / lease terms
  • Reading leases / lease summaries

Data Export / Reporting

  • Running monthly investment reports
  • Extracting quarterly board reports
  • Running quarterly bank reports

Sustainability

  • Keeping property EPC register up to date
  • Assisting with data collection for sustainability reporting purposes
  • Be the interface between the business and the energy consultant partner

Support for the Investment team including but not limited to

  • Creating letters, scanning, printing, witnessing documents etc
  • Meeting room bookings
  • Arranging inspections of properties
