Key Responsibilities of the Finance Business Partner include:
- Develop and maintain financial models to support business decision-making, strategic planning, and scenario analysis
- Deliver insightful monthly reporting, cost centre analysis, and KPI dashboards to stakeholders across the business
- Lead variance analysis and translate financial performance into actionable insight
- Play an integral role in budgeting, forecasting, and pricing strategy
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and implement efficiency and cost-saving initiatives
- Support ongoing finance transformation projects and continuous improvement in reporting processes
Ideal candidate profile:
- Qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) or QBE with relevant commercial experience
- Proven business partnering background in a fast-paced, product-led environment
- Strong analytical and modelling skills (Excel, Power BI, Sage advantageous)
- A confident communicator who can influence at all levels
- Commercially driven with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
