Skills, Experience & Responsibilities for the role of Newly Qualified Architect:
- Collaborate with senior architects and the design team to develop and refine data centre project concepts and designs.
- Produce detailed architectural drawings, plans, and specifications specific to data centre requirements.
- Assist in the preparation and delivery of design presentations and proposals to clients.
- Participate in project meetings, contributing innovative ideas and technical solutions.
- Ensure all designs comply with relevant codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Conduct site visits and assist with project management tasks, as necessary.
- Stay informed about the latest industry trends, materials, and technological advancements in data centre design.
- ARB registered or recently passed your Part 3.
- Proficiency in Revit would be essential.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A passion for sustainable and innovative design, with an interest in data centre architecture.
