Role: Temporary Legal Secretary - Conveyancing

Location: Hammersmith, London

Salary: £15-£17 per hour £30,000 to £33,000

Duration: 4 weeks but ongoing

Are you an experienced Legal Secretary with a background in Conveyancing? We have an excellent opportunity for you to join a reputable law firm in Hammersmith on a temporary basis. This role offers an immediate start for a duration of 4 weeks (potentially longer), with a competitive hourly rate of £15 - £17.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Submit searches and complete Land Registry Applications.
  • Providing secretarial support (audio typing and document production).
  • Efficient administration skills associated with a busy office environment.
  • Setting up new client files and carrying out case management.
  • Some diary management and telephone contact.
  • Corresponding with clients.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Legal Secretary in Conveyancing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Immediate availability to start the role.
