Are you an Accounts Manager, looking to join a progressive firm that can offer an excellent culture and quick progression?
I am working with an Accountancy firm based in Plymouth who have a huge presence across the South West of the UK and are rapidly growing. They now have a requirement for an individual with existing accounts management experience and the ability to lead an existing team of accountants.

Your role as an Accounts Manager:
- Acting as the first point of client contact, you will manage portfolio and will act as the key interface between the team and the firm's clients.
- You will build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring budgets and deadlines are met.
- You will prepare and review financial statements for a range of clients from Ltd companies, partnerships and sole traders.
- You will prepare and review tax computations, review VAT return preparation and identify opportunities to offer clients additional services.
- Working with a growing team of accountants, you will mentor and train junior staff aswell as support the relationships between different teams.
What you'll need to succeed:
- You must be ACA/ACCA Qualified with post qualification experience.
- You will have solid managerial experience, preferably a minimum of 5 years' experience and like managing a team.
- You will be outgoing, socially confident and have the ability to lead and mentor a growing team.
- A UK driving licence and own car.
