PERSONAL ASSISTANT

An amazing opportunity to work for a leading media company as a Personal Assistant on a temporary basis!

PERSONAL ASSISTANT ROLE:

  • Organising and maintaining the diary for Directors supported by the role, prioritising daily workload and booking all meetings to ensure the Director's time is managed efficiently
  • Minimising Directors' workloads and use of time by actioning all possible correspondence, forwarding it to relevant direct reports, and ensuring follow-up action
  • Booking and coordinating all travel and accommodation as directed, ensuring all bookings are made within the travel and expense policy
  • Submitting expense reports on behalf of Directors supported by the role as proxy
  • Organising and coordinating all aspects of internal and external meetings as requested
  • Organising events as required
  • Managing scheduling for annual operating planning (AOP) meetings for the UK and OEMEA
  • Supporting meetings and events ad hoc as required, for example, taking minutes, sending out agendas
  • Actioning all general administration requirements, including but not limited to post and courier requirements, and office supplies
  • Creating an efficient centralised collation and sharing point for Director and team input
  • Supporting other executives as required in the absence of other personal assistants and executive assistants

PERSONAL ASSISTANT ESSENTIALS:

  • Minimum 2 years of Personal Assistant experience
  • Ability to work without close supervision and prioritise workload
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
