Location: Luton
Salary: £29,000-£32,000

Financial Administrator required for a busy and growing financial planning company in Luton. We're seeking a candidate who is task focused, quick to learn, able to prioritise and can handle a busy workload with lots of different daily tasks.

The Role

The Financial Administrator role is designed to offer financial planning administrative support to the financial planner and the company's clients.

  • Act as a main point of contact for clients.
  • Book meetings, prepare contracts and ensure the financial planners are well prepared for their meetings.
  • Process new business and assist with forms, proposals, and documentation.
  • Record and update client information on the back-office systems.
  • Keep up to date with relevant financial planning knowledge.
  • Undertake regular company projects.

Essential Skills

  • Preferred: 2+ years in an administration role.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional IT and software skills.
  • Tactful, diplomatic, and able to always maintain confidentiality.
  • Comfortable working on your own initiative.
  • Any experience gained in a financial planning firm preferred but not essential.

Additional Information

The annual salary depends on your level of experience, additional discretionary bonus, Monday to Friday, office based with one day per week WFH after probation.
