Your future employer is looking for a Vending Operator/Service Operator to join their rapidly growing operation in London. A very competitive package of £25,000 starting salary, Monday to Friday only shift, and 28 days holiday is on offer for the ideal candidate. This is a mobile position, so a full and clean UK drivers licence is required. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous customer service experience, who wants to grow and progress within a rapidly growing business.
This position will be covering the Watford and Luton areas, so being local to and familiar with these areas is required.
Responsibilities of the Vending/Service Operator:
- Replenishing fresh food displays at a customers sites
- Restocking and cleaning coffee and vending machines as required
- Ensuring the hygiene and cleanliness of the equipment meets company standards
- Ensure all machines are fully stocked and the stock is rotated appropriately
- Reporting any machine breakdowns to the service team
- Carrying out any necessary minor repairs as required
- Cashing up vending machines and reporting on cash collected
- Providing a personal approach to customer service, building rapport and relationships
Experience required for the Vending/Service Operator:
- Excellent customer services and customer facing skills.
- A proactive manner and a positive attitude
- Strong attention to detail
Candidates will be required to drive a company vehicle so must hold a full clean UK driving licence. They will also need to have a clear DBS certificate, which the company will obtain on your behalf.
