Horizon Teachers are pleased to be assisting a Children's Day Nursery based in Farnham in their search for a Nursery Manager to join their growing team. This day care setting puts the children's happiness and development at the forefront of all they do. The team is quickly growing, and they now are seeking a proactive, knowledgeable Nursery Manager who will embrace the opportunity to make the role their own and put their experience to good use.
What do you need to be successful in this role?
- Hold a Level 3 - 5 NVQ qualification or equivalent
- Previous Management experience in a Room Leader or Manager position
- Relationship building skills and the ability to cope well under pressure
- Strong communication skills.
- Good knowledge of the EYFS Framework and Safeguarding procedures.
- Strong management skills and the ability to delegate tasks accordingly.
- Experience as a Designated Safeguarding Lead or a Safeguarding qualification is desirable
