Skills and Knowledge Required:

- Ideally a 2nd time mover or a commercially experienced Accountant

Certified Chartered Accountant or Chartered Certified Accountant

Relevant Post-Qualification Experience (PQE)

Demonstrated expertise in managerial reporting

Proficient in the preparation of UK statutory accounts, although limited in the role

1/3 of the role Month End, rest being commercially focused

Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication abilities

Advanced proficiency in Excel

Knowledgeable about UK corporate taxes and VAT regulations

Familiarity with property transaction processes

Demonstrates a proactive attitude, embracing change eagerly

Displays curiosity and a desire for continuous learning

Sharp attention to detail, capable of conducting initial reviews of team outputs

Some exposure to system implementation would be beneficial

Able to collaborate effectively within a team and work autonomously under tight deadlines.
