Job Title: Service Delivery Team Leader
Location: Outskirts of Harlow
Salary: £30,000
Hours: Monday to Thursday 07:00 to 16:15, Friday 07:00 to 15:30

As the Service Delivery Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in managing and coordinating the day-to-day operations of the Service Delivery team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of drivers, ensuring timely and safe delivery of goods to customers
- Plan routes efficiently to optimise delivery schedules
- Communicate and collaborate with internal teams to provide support and resolve any issues that may arise
- Develop positive relationships with customers, confirming deliveries and collections
- Liaise with third-party hauliers and local storage areas to coordinate deliveries
- Utilise the organisation's internal systems and processes to ensure accurate order management
- Support the Service Delivery Administrator in creating customer orders and collections
- Handle customer complaints and queries in accordance with company guidelines
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Coach, train, and develop team members to enhance their performance and professional growth
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in leading and supervising teams
- Excellent organisational and analytical skills
- Strong understanding of logistics and inventory management principles
- Full UK driving licence and working knowledge of logistics and bespoke inventory software
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
