The Role
This role is a key position with the finance function which is pivotal to protecting cashflow to allow for operational effectiveness and further growth & expansion. The role of Credit Control Team Leader key components include:
- Liaising with C-Suite, Leadership and Departmental Heads
- Supervising the team with input into hiring, training, development & performance management
- Oversight of a portfolio of accounts
- Creating relationships with external teams, allowing an effective collection of debt
- Dealing with aged debt recovery & escalation
- Reviewing and developing processes, procedures, controls & systems
