As a Catering Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' catering services.
Responsibilities -
- Assisting with food preparation and presentation
- Serving food and beverages to customers
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen and dining areas
- Assisting with setting up and dismantling catering equipment and venues
- Handling cash transactions and using point-of-sale systems
- Providing excellent customer service to all guests
- Always following health and safety guidelines
Requirements -
- Previous experience in a catering or hospitality role is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Basic understanding of food hygiene practices
