Exciting opportunity for a Finance Software Support Consultant to join our client an IT Company located in Huddersfield on a full-time, permanent basis.
The Software Support Consultant you will be involved in the investigation and resolution of both customer and internal support requests in relation to accounting, payroll and other software, ensuring all obligations are met.

Position Overview
- Accurately update database records as required with all interaction
- Maintain client confidentiality and security at all times
- Investigate and monitor customer issues and test new software releases
- Remote access client computers
- Assisting with installation or software issues
- Facilitate management of tickets in a priority manner
- Maintain documentation for help guides and standard operation procedures
- Update client on progress
**Finance Software Support Consultant
Position Requirements
- AAT qualification or equivalent is desirable
- Experience in accounts and payroll software
- Excellent communication skills
- Good relationship skills to rapidly establish rapport with customers and other professionals
- Knowledge of other accounting and payroll Systems, e.g., Sage Accounts or Payroll
**Finance Software Support Consultant
Position Remuneration
- £24,000 - £30,000 per annum
- 8:15am - 5:15pm
- 22 days annual leave + bank holidays
- Attendance bonus
- Onsite parking
