Senior Salesforce Consultant – 6 Month Contract - PAYE
This boutique, global consultancy needs a Senior Salesforce Consultant to join the team and play a lead role on projects.
In this client facing role you will get the opportunity to display your skills across a range of exciting Salesforce projects of varying size and complexity.
Day-to-day you will work with senior client stakeholders, lead requirements workshops, take ownership for process mapping, write up stories, translate business problems into solutions, leverage out-of-the-box configuration capabilities as well as overseeing and taking part in the design and build of custom solutions. You will be involved in both the functional and technical aspects of the role.
This role requires someone with previous leadership experience – taking the lead on projects and leading more junior team members on deliveries.
To be considered you will be a passionate and driven Salesforce professional who has proven experience across the full lifecycle of Salesforce implementation projects. You must have:
- Excellent Salesforce consulting skills with experience across the full project/delivery lifecycle
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to direct, delegate to and mentor more junior team members
- A can-do, proactive attitude and happy to get stuck in and wear different hats on different projects
- Technical understanding/skills with Apex, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Lightning Web Components are highly desirable
- Good understanding of query languages such as SQL and SOQL is desirable
Your experience will be backed up with Salesforce Certifications and you must also possess strong client-facing communication, relationship building and influencing skills.
Flexibility on travel to this consultancy's office in London (and occasionally Surrey) will be required but there is lots of flexibility on offer and the ability to work remotely.
This is an initial 6 month contract with a day rate of £500-£550/day
