Key Responsibilities:
- Production Management: Lead a collaborative and high-performing operations team to achieve production targets while maintaining quality and safety standards.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to quality monitoring systems and GMP, working with the Factory and Technical Manager to pass all relevant accreditations.
