Head of Building Defects and Disrepair
Salary £68,000 Greater Manchester, Lancashire and West Yorkshire (Remote Working)

Panoramic Associates are working with a social landlord in the Northwest of England who are looking for a Head of Building Defects and Disrepair to work alongside their Executive and Senior Leadership Team to promote a customer focussed approach to managing and resolving complex repairs and disrepair issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide assurance of effective repair management and maintain full oversight of budgets and expenditure.
  • Be a strategic leader with a collaborative mindset, adept at problem-solving, and passionate about providing excellent service for customers.
  • Liaise with a wide range of external and internal customers to ensure properties are safe, habitable, and free from disrepair through excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Manage effective resolutions to complex issues both proactively and reactively through the management and analysis of data.
  • Lead and support a team by providing coaching, support, and identifying training needs to achieve a high-performance team delivering excellent customer satisfaction.
