A1 Personnel are currently recruiting for a Site Supervisor for a permanent contract on behalf of our client, a leading construction company specializing in residential commercial and industrial projects.
**Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all construction activities on-site.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Pre-inspecting works, managing works on site, post inspections
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities, including site logs, safety reports, progress reports.
**Requirement:
- Proven experience as a Construction Site Supervisor or similar role.
- In-depth understanding of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles.
- Strong knowledge of construction safety regulations and best practices.
- Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Full Clean Driving License
- Flexibility to travel to various sites across London, Essex and Hertfordshire.
- SSSTS card required
Hours :
- Monday to Friday: 8am-5pm
