What you'll be doing:
- Building lasting relationships with customers and contractors, delivering top-tier service every time
- Resolving queries and complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Communicating clearly and confidently via phone and email

- Previous experience in customer service - ideally in a phone-based role
- A positive, proactive approach and a genuine desire to help others
- Confidence, resilience, and the ability to handle challenging conversations calmly
- Strong communication skills and a team-player mindset
