The Role:
As the Guest Services Coordinator, you will be the welcoming face of our company, ensuring that all visitors and stakeholders receive a first-class experience. You'll play a crucial role in the smooth operation of the office, handling a variety of tasks that keep everything running efficiently. This position requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist and support the Admin and Executive Assistant teams.
- Manage incoming calls, screening, and transferring as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service to staff and visitors.
- Oversee the meeting room diary and manage bookings.
- Respond to and manage email inquiries.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the reception area and meeting rooms.
- Set up and assist with Audio Visual systems.
- Liaise with Catering, Tech Service Desk, and Post room teams for event preparation.
- Report faults or missing equipment to the Service Desk.
- Assist with ad hoc duties, including organizing cleaners and logging helpdesk issues.
Personal Specification
- Previous experience within a customer facing role, ideally within Real Estate setting.
- High level of Customer service excellence and skills.
- Ideally property or real estate experience from previous employment.
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office, Word, and any CRM system.
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Professional and clear communication skills
- Punctual and reliable with a high level of presentation skills
- Reliable and enthusiastic nature with a strong passion for the companies brand and image
