£30,000 - £35,000 Per Annum + Commission
Are you a driven and ambitious Recruitment Consultant looking to advance your career into a senior role? Have you consistently delivered excellent results but haven't been able to progress in your career?
Search Recruitment Group is seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Transactional Finance team in Leeds, to work alongside our director with over 18 years of market experience.
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will need to be enthusiastic and have proven experience in running and managing a 360 desk. Your responsibilities will include taking on a mentor role to junior members of staff, finding new business opportunities, registering candidates, and overseeing the entire recruitment process.
Additionally, you can expect to support other team members through regular coaching and development, conduct weekly reviews to keep the team on track and provide support to help them succeed in their roles at Search.
The transactional finance market is currently booming, and you can expect to make an impact and start generating revenue from day one of joining the team!

You will receive basic refresher and sales-based training while enrolling in our Management Development Course if you want to move into a leadership role. This course is led by our Head of Talent Development, who will support your career development and help you work your way up the career ladder to become a director.

Who are we looking for?
- Proven experience working in recruitment and working towards KPI/Financial targets.
- The ability to develop new business through B2B outbound calling.
- A desire to coach and manage a team.
- Confident with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Highly articulate with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Competitive, driven, and ambitious - always looking to win and succeed!
- Motivated within a busy environment.
- And a desire to learn and progress.
