£25,000 Base and commission with a realistic 1st Year On Target Earning of £40,000 (this is uncapped)

The Role:
Key responsibilities:
This is an office-based role working within the Leasing and Finance team
You'll be targeted to sell to prospective private individuals and businesses an appropriate car or van which is predominantly funded on Contract Hire and Lease.
- Contacting applicants to qualify their needs / budget
- Managing a high level of workflow and leads.
- Taking a proactive approach to your own day and performance
- Working towards fixed weekly KPIs
- Working in a fun and fast paced sales environment.
Skills Required for this Vehicle Leasing & Finance Sales Consultant Position:
- Driven, ambitious, tenacious, competitive, strong willed.
- Enthusiastic, persuasive, proactive, sociable.
Knowledge of Contract Hire, Leasing, Hire Purchase and all other funding methods is ideal but not essential for the right candidates, but knowledge of cars and a solid understanding of the car industry is essential.
You will have:
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Able to listen, empathise and qualify a client's need quickly and efficiently.
- Willingness to go above and beyond to deliver business objectives
- Ability to connect and build rapport with potential clients
