Trainee Office Administrator

We're looking for an ambitious, driven individual to join our client as a Office Administrator.

Our client is a small, friendly business offering Financial Advice to clients in Kent. We are looking for someone with some office experience to support with data input and cleansing, compliance and general office support.

Whether you're fresh from university, already in financial services, or looking for a career switch, this is your opportunity to step into a profession that rewards performance, builds long-term client relationships, and offers genuine career progression.

What you'll be doing:

  • Providing general administrative support to the office and adviser teams
  • Answering and directing incoming calls in a professional manner
  • Scanning, filing, and maintaining accurate client records
  • Managing post – incoming and outgoing
  • Preparing documents and paperwork for client meetings
  • Keeping the office tidy and well-stocked with supplies

What we're looking for:

  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic IT confidence – especially with Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information
  • An interest in financial services or financial qualification is a bonus
