- You will be dealing with challenging behaviour, EBD, ADHD, ASD, Learning Difficulties.

- Building strong relationships with students, parents, colleagues, and carers
- Demonstrating a clear understanding of students' diverse needs
- Tracking students' progress in alignment with the school's practices
- Displaying excellent behaviour management skills
